First of all I want to welcome you to this recently added part of the website. This means that you have an interest in Sports and Management and that you probably have some sort of (voluntary) position in a sports organization.

Now if you are some kind of high profile manager or a CEO of a multimillion dollar (Euro or Yen) sports organization, I would like to ask you kindly…..DO NOT READ THIS !!

I didn’t write this book for you.

This book is for all those volunteers, who don’t make a cent in sports but dedicate their Blood, Sweat and Tears to sports. I wrote it for the former athletes, parents and volunteers, who know that management is part of their sport organization, and took up a function in best interest of their club or team.

You may not know it, but you are a leader, and a sports manager!
